Lamar Jackson was already an absolutely amazing athlete before being drafted and has most definitely hit his ceiling in terms of athleticism.
All that's left for Jackson is the mental part of the game, which most QB's and coaches will say is the most difficult and most important aspect of being a successful NFL QB.
Once defenses begin defending him as the Chiefs and Titans have done, his success will depend on downfield accuracy, something he's been far less than even average to date.
