Really interesting observation by Ryan Clark. He said that the Chiefs knew that Peters tends to play by watching the quarterback and trying to make plays, and they took advantage of that to lure him off of Hardman on the long touchdown. Peters broke coverage and the Chiefs knew he would since they know his tendencies.
