The Bears traded picks no. 3, 67, 111 and 2018 3rd (no. 70) to move up to no. 2 in the 2017 NFL Draft to take Mitchell Trubisky.

Not only did they pass on Mahomes/Watson, the players chosen at 67, 111 and 70 were Alvin Kamara, Tedric Thompson and Fred Warner
