She is under contract and her payday is in excess of $10 million dollars. She may be entitled to Profit Participation but I don't have that info as fact.

Her agent insisted after the failure of Rub & Tug, which cost the studio at least $40 million because she dropped out after the Twitterverse shamed her.
Recently, she gave an interview apologizing for taking the role in Rub & Tug, but not after months and months of her being pissed off over it. This was an "apology" interview so that the controversy would be avoided when promoting Black Widow.
It's basically an obligation to her career, Marvel and her agent(cy).
