Wilder is at the very minimum the #2 ranked Heavyweight fighter in the world but he is the WBC Champion for the last 5 years. Luis Ortiz is arguably Top 7 or 8 in the world.
Once Wilder likely wins this one - it will set up the epic superfight Wilder vs Fury II in Feb 2020.
