Nobody wants to be the team that opens that can of worms.
There have been some grumblings in the past, but I think the bottom line is that nobody wants to be the squad that lodges the complaint because in the end, they want to be able to have that option available to them at some point as well.
And over a punter? Well....I just don't see anyone kicking that hornets nest over a punter. Besides, how do you ever disprove it? Fox is getting paid - this worked out okay for him. He'll say "yeah, my leg hurts when I really get into a ball" every time he's asked. And a physician can't exactly 'prove' that there's not some soft tissue tightness there.
It's shifty and shady and I think teams will know what's going on there, but I also don't think there's a hell of a lot that can be done (nor would they want to go to war over it).
