I've been at Fate's on Shea a couple times in the past few weeks for a some beers and a burger. Their FATE BARREL AGED SMOKED BALTIC PORTER has me hooked. Second best I've ever had after the Te Quiero from O.H.S.O.

Double mashed Baltic Porter made with imported beechwood smoked malt. Fermented low and slow with our house German lager yeast then aged nearly a full year in Four Roses barrels. Full bodied with subtle hints of smoke, dried cherry and dark chocolate.
