The point is you can get just as a good a CB in the 2nd as the 1st in this draft. There is not likely to be a CB at 29 that is head and shoulders better than the CBs available at the end of the 2nd.
That same is simply not true of S or LB, both of whom have more separation between the top prospects and the next tier.
