Been waiting for it to get warmer and dryer cuz i like to work out in my back yard like a true thug.
Been warm and dry enough. It's time. Trying to complete my 2nd straight week of 5x a week.
My workouts consist of 20 minutes of basketball everyday followed by 200 reps of various ab excercises (working on getting that number up) and a different muscle group everyday.
Monday: Chest and Shoulder
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Bi's and Tri's
Thursday: Legs and Back
Friday: Chest and Shoulder
Saturday: Rest or play some B-ball or Football at the park with the boys
Sunday: Rest.
Not trying to lose weight. Not trying to bulk up either. Just trying to stay fit and active.
Got back to cleaning up my diet and have dropped 4lbs in 5 days so far.
