If Brees has Mahomes numbers and Mahomes poor defense Brees would be the hands down MVP and no one in America would question it.
Could you imagine a Chiefs quarterback with 31/5 and 3600 getting MVP nod over a guy with 45/11 and 4500 plus 238 on the ground?
