Would have to agree. I think the Gruden/Carr relationship is fractured and the divorce is coming in the Spring.
The Raiders need to tear down the rest of the declining high priced vets, turn the Bears 1st into more picks to overhaul the shit depth and slowly piece together a quality starting line up. Just concede the '19 season as it'll be a ****ing nightmare anyhow, which would put them in prime position for Tua.
