In 2020 they will have 2 first rounders (theirs and Bears) They lose their 2nd but gain the bears third.
Yeah this season sucks ass, but the offseason will belong to the Raiders, and they will OWN Vegas. I think their future is bright.
They can and will rebuild, the question is what do they have at QB? We have Mahomes so advantage Chiefs

Even if he hits on picks, Carr is going to be older when the draft picks jell, Gruden will move him for more draft picks next year. At best, they are 3 , maybe 4 years away from attempting to compete for the division. Even then, they will need to hit on some vets to solidify the holes.
