I've played them all except for Attila.
seems like Shogun2 taxes my PC the most, even more than TW:warhammer.
I recommend either of those 2 games. TWWarhammer is amazing and has great units/battles but the campaign is shit. TWSHogun2 has my favorite campaign (rise of the samurai) but the game has fantasy units that don't fit the historical setting.
no matter what TW game you decide on, you should look for mods and mod collections to iron out the gameplay issues that CA never got around to fixing.
