Again, what does McCown even offer in terms of leadership for a rookie in the first place? The ability to win games? He's 23-50. He doesn't play with an ego? I'd ****ing hope not, he ranges from below average to outright terrible. The only thing McCown could teach a rookie is the ability to hold onto an NFL job even if he busts out.
