They could easily drop his dialogue into Melodyne and drop it a few semitones but as long as his performance is convincing otherwise, they shouldn’t fool with it.
What happens if the movie is a smashing success, so much so that a sequel or sequel(s) are made?
Altering the pitch of his voice would be a disaster.
