Right - he needs to let Harris deal with the pressure teams. There's a good chance that he's already the best equipped to deal with them and he's the only person on the roster with a chance to be truly good at it.
Geist is a useful role player with weaknesses that Martin needs to protect against. That most obvious weakness is the press - he's staggeringly bad at it. So stop asking him to beat it. This is the best version of Geist we'll ever get and it's fine - he's a decent enough player (a basketball Albert Wilson) he's just not a particularly
good one.
Phillips...man I hate it but he's just not good enough.
