My view is, if it wasn't bad enough to get you to complain in the first place, shut the **** up. For all we know, the woman didn't mind it at the time but decided to make it seem that way now due to all of the press she knows it would receive.

Do we know that she didn't file a complaint? Could that be part of the reason for her dismissal?
How long did it take for her to get an attorney and for said attorney to write up the complaint and get it filed?
