Pretty sure that a lot of athletes work on "explosiveness" by adding resistance bands to plyometric activities. Whether it actually does anything or not, I'm not sure... but it seems to make good broscience.
Do you need more explosiveness for the elite athletic endeavors you're no doubt undertaking?
