It's just residual guilt from being a lazy fat ****.
I've been moving house the last two weeks and lifting tons of heavy shit and have pretty much skipped 2/3 of my usual weekly lifting sessions.
As long as your diet is on point you're not going to gain any weight or lose muscle.
