Spoiler!
I accepted only the Bucs trade (and since I'm new, I had the McCray pick). That left me with the following picks:
1-28 (28th)
3-11 (74th)
4-8 (106th)
4-28 (126th)
5-25 (162nd)
5-28 (165th)
6-28 (203rd)
7-28 (249th)
I completed a trade up with the Bengals. I acquired the 161st pick (a value of 31.5 with the 15% increase). I gave up the 162nd pick (26.6 points) and the 203rd pick (10.2 points).
Here is my draft.
1-28 (28th) - Myles Jack, ILB, UCLA - I could have accepted the 49er trade but it made it too expensive to try and trade back up for Jack. I'll just stay at 28 and draft him. Put him next to DJ until DJ retires.....and then move him to DJ's vacant spot.
3-11 (74th) - KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame - No explanation necessary. Starts immediately opposite Peters. Gaines is my NB.
4-8 (106th) - Andrew Billings, NT, Baylor - I'm not passing up this beast. If for some reason we lose Poe....he can fill in at NT. I'd love to move Poe to DE....but we'll see.
4-28 (126th) - K.J. Dillon, S, West Virginia - I don't trust any of the safeties behind Berry and Parker.
5-24 (161st) - Christian Westerman, OG, Arizona State - I need competition at the OG spots. There was no way that I wasn't going to trade up one spot to take this kid.
5-28 (165th) - Kyle Murphy, OT, Stanford - My new swing tackle.
7-28 (249th) - Kalan Reed, CB, Southern Miss. - Insurance in case Nelson turns out to be shit. Plus it allows me to get rid of Cooper.
