Whomever it was it was enough to make Felicity want Oliver to actually kill someone. That would mean it has to be someone close to the group. She isn't hysterical so I don't think it's her Mom. The more I think about it the more I say Diggle.
Oliver is spaced out and she is wanting someone killed. I have to lean towards Diggle. Unless it was Oliver's Son.
Oliver's Son presents a scenario where this all fits too...
Oliver tells Felicity about his Son and that may explain them not wearing any rings...
Oliver is in shock because he didn't really know his Son but yet the his Son's death would be enough to space him out, not knowing how to react to losing a Son you didn't know...
Barry knew about his Son but didn't get to involved which would explain his coming late to the funeral...
Felicity being a Woman and we don't know what has taken place with her and Oliver between now and then, could be justifying Oliver killing someone to avenge his Son.....
So on that note I think it's something not to be left out
