I don't see how he fights in UFC 187 after that. Well, maybe his lawyers can delay any hearings long enough until after the fight, and he can convince a judge that he isn't a flight risk, but even then there will be pressure on the UFC to take him off the card. Maybe they'll go through with it anyway, and say he hasn't had his day in court yet, I dunno.
Regardless if he fights or not, if it was just a misdemeanor H&R, maybe he gets off with a fine, but you throw in his history, the MJ, and the cop's report and I assume the judge will want to give him something.
