Extremely short testosterone esters make testing (getting caught) very difficult. Test suspension is out of your system in like a day or two.. and those kids can beef up over the summer when they are home and keep all their size as long as they keep calories high enough to support it.

just my $.02, but if your fat (>15% for male), you dont need anything before working out. Maybe a pre-workout or some coffee, but as far as 'fuel' goes, think of fat as stored fuel. The leaner you are, the better your body uses carbz as you have better insulin sensitivity. Silock would know better as he is lean as fawk.
