nutrition are in check.. its unlikely. I have construction worker buddies that work 12hr manual labor jobs and train arms directly 3 times per week (all 3 train 7 days/week also) Surely they are not 'over training' their arms, as they are 18+ inches. Its a widely misused term mostly thrown around by guys that dont even look like they lift.
