Doing a calorie diet. Started out at 2,200 a week then went down to 1,900 but I'm thinking about boosting it up a little. I mainly eat chicken, some steak, eggs, oatmeal, veggies and fruit. I'll admit this week I did it kind of dirty and ate stuff like Subway but still stayed under my goal
I don't want to become skinny fat though so I'll need to quit doing that shit.
I saw Lebrons low carb diet. Dude doesn't look healthy!
