They have really gone out of their way to make Epcot more interesting to kids. My kids love the KimPossible missions out in the World Showcase. They get to run around looking for clues and learning some history without even realizing it.

I honestly thought they would HATE Epcot but they can't wait to get there each time we go. They love the rides, the views, the fireworks, the food. Everything. They show more interest in what is going on there than in any of the other parks.
