I don't think that young offensive mind has to be the head coach. Vrabel was always a very smart football player and he's' been a pretty solid coach at OSU and in Houston. I do agree that he needs to bring someone in with him that balances that team though.

Tennessee just won a playoff game, fired the head coach and replaced him with a first-year defensive coordinator who took a defense ranked in the top 10 three years running and managed to improve it to 32nd.

I would be ****ing horrified if I was a Titans fan.
