This didn’t take long.

Who’s next?

Quick edit: What is the level or threshold that should warrant postponing a game?

So you just felt like your post was too good for the already existing thread on this?

If they play Tuesday. How does this effect their following weeks games?

Dunerdr 09-30-2020 09:57 AM

i guess i dont see what the benefit of pushing it back one day?

Reerun_KC 09-30-2020 09:57 AM

Does this set the bar for other teams?

How many positive test is the threshold for postponing games?

So if a team has 1 do we postpone?

Probably not a whole lot considering teams play on Sunday and then turn around and play on Thursday on a semi regular basis.

Fair point.

But still curious about the threshold, as to where do they draw the line at postponing games.

Thoughts?

WTH does postponing 1 day gain?

Sassy Squatch 09-30-2020 10:04 AM

Probably giving the Titans a day of practice. As it stands currently they can't even be in the building until Saturday.

Time for them to have testing done after an incubation period after exposure to the positive players. In theory if they test negative this weekend its not spread and they play and move on without the quarantined players.

Actually they will probably test tomorrow and let them practice if they test negative.

As was discussed in the other existing thread about this same thing

FloridaMan88 09-30-2020 10:10 AM

Chiefs had to travel on the day of a game and play the game on a Friday due to a hurricane here in Miami a few years ago.

Shit happens, teams will adjust accordingly.

But where do you draw the line? What is the level of positive test that determine postponing?
