Kent Babb talks Pioli and how he is done in Kansas City and the league. At the end listen to where Ryan/His Dirkness attribute SOC for responsibility~

BossChief 11-29-2012 11:52 PM

WOW. Im only a few minutes into this podcast and EVERYONE needs to listen to it.

Talking about how a survey went through for season ticket holders asking about how they like the regime and how they treat the fans and all of them came back slamming Pioli...and how the survey was put out by Clark Hunt.

BossChief 11-29-2012 11:53 PM

Talking about how he would always knock Haley down and how Haley had good ideas and was just a regular guy and Pioli was a total asshole that didnt like Todd because he wasnt a yes man.

Says the players dont care because of the GM.

"the team has given up on Scott Pioli"

nice

O.city 11-29-2012 11:56 PM

I actually have a friend who is in a relationship with someone in the Chiefs org, and she stated similar things about the players.

Titty Meat 11-29-2012 11:57 PM

Funny HisDirkness is one of my good friends

BossChief 11-29-2012 11:57 PM

Says runners would have to bring water and coffee to Pioli (even though he wouldnt specify either) due to fear iff they got it wrong as to what he wanted and that they would literally run to his office for his needs.

Just sad.

They are REALLY talking up Clark Hunt.

O.city 11-30-2012 12:00 AM

Jesus, why is this stuff not getting out there more?

BossChief 11-30-2012 12:01 AM

"Mark Donovan is good enough at his job that he could be the Commissioner one day."

Says that Clark has done a great job, but that it really hurts him that he lives in Dallas.

Pioli has power over the media and what/who are given access.

Its no coincidence that the guys that have been critical have moved on from KC.

...

Talking more about how much Clark Hunt REALLY cares about this team and how he hit a homerun with the Donovan hire.

O.city 11-30-2012 12:05 AM

I guess so, but seems lately even his buddies are jumping ship

BossChief 11-30-2012 12:06 AM

"Clark Hunt is gonna solidify or crush his perception with his moves over the next 5 or 6 weeks."..."if he keeps Pioli, everybody is gonna check out from the coaches to players to the season ticket holders."

O.city 11-30-2012 12:06 AM

So, will Donovan likely stay, along with the business side people?

O.city 11-30-2012 12:13 AM

I just think it's gotten to a point, from a business perspective, that you can't keep Pioli.

ST's are gonna drop even more then they already are and it just won't be a moneymaker anymore.

Hammock Parties 11-30-2012 12:15 AM

Pioli needs to star in the next HELLRAISER sequel.

I want that ****er strung up by Pinhead's bladed chains from hell.

CaliforniaChief 11-30-2012 12:29 AM

Man, the bloodletting at 1 Arrowhead is going to be epic when Scott Pioli is fired.

From former players to current players to administrative staff to coaches, it's going to be entertaining. If it wasn't so sad, it would be awesome.

Hell, even the candy wrapper might write an autobiography.

O.city 11-30-2012 12:30 AM

If he is fired, will those people be able to talk about it? Or will they sign some BS confidentiality thing?

Hammock Parties 11-30-2012 12:32 AM

Pioli will no longer be an employee of the Chiefs so people will be able to say whatever they want I'd imagine.

O.city 11-30-2012 12:34 AM

Thats what I figured.

BossChief 11-30-2012 12:42 AM

WOW. He said that the reason that you dont see our players in TV commercials for play60 or other stuff, its because Pioli told the players they are not allowed to do that stuff.

Even tries to veto players having their own foundations...

Just, WOW.

Also says that Pioli is totally irrelevant around the league and that he is the #1 reason Peyton wouldn't come here was Pioli.

O.city 11-30-2012 12:45 AM

Whats the point of all that?

Hammock Parties 11-30-2012 01:44 AM

Pioli, pwned.

Quote:

"Pioli comes in dressed very casually and wants us to see him as a regular guy. And then he proceeds to act like the lunatic he is: an egomaniac, an insecure freak."

"Todd Haley is trying to get off on the right foot with us...and Pioli is making everybody uncomfortable and asking things like "you don't want us to win?"

"Haley would try to answer a question or try to talk and get to know us and Pioli would talk over him and wouldn't let him talk. He figuratively slapped him down. If we asked Haley something, Scott would answer for him."

"As soon as you challenge him on something you're part of the problem. If you're not with us you're against us. That's part of the reason they had mass firings and layoffs. People can't work with him."

"If he wants to be, he can be very charming and make you feel like a million bucks. He can be a good guy, but most of the time he doesn't feel like doing it. So I can see him charming Clark Hunt. It made a lot of sense."

"These guys don't believe in what this organization is doing. They don't care. They're not playing hard for Romeo, they're not organized, and that comes straight from the GM."

"One of the PR guys was so scared of pissing these guys off that he would literally run from the press room into the PR office to grab a diet coke and a bottle of water for Todd Haley, just in case he wanted one or the other. Haley told me he didn't care about any of that, but that was the environment that Pioli expected. That guy is no longer working there because he thought he had to be a certain way and that pissed them off even further because he went over the top with trying to appease what he thought they wanted."

"He would rather you think he was good than actually be good. He wants to be good but he's so concerned with you thinking he's good that he cares more about that."

"I don't think Clark had any idea that all this was going on. If you have a horrible teacher when you're in school, when the parents come in they put on a wonderful show about how nice they are and that's the way Pioli is for Clark. He's a different guy around him."

"Clark Hunt not opening his wallet is not the reason the Chiefs are bad. Scott Pioli doesn't know how to identify talent, it's as simple as that."

"If he lets Scott Pioli stay here, Clark is the worst owner in the NFL."

"They've basically gotten rid of everybody from Gonzalez to Waters...if you're in a position where you can publicly question the grand regime, they don't want you around. That's the reason Tamba Hali doesn't talk. He doesn't want to say anything that's going to piss off these guys."

"If Pioli was sitting here we'd all be on pins and needles because he reminds you that he doesn't drink and he doesn't cuss. Who cares about that? One time I said we should go get a beer and talk about this and he gave me a three minute explanation about why he doesn't drink. I don't trust anyone who doesn't drink."

"He's irrelevant, and the Chiefs are irrelevant, too. On the national landscape, the Chiefs sadly are irrelevant."

"You see these play 60 commercials or NFL commercials, and you never see the Chiefs on there. You know why? Because Scott Pioli said no. They took down all the signs for their community service. That's not allowed. You're not allowed to have fun playing football. In his twisted mind, that's about an individual. That's about a person and he's trying to build a team."
Called Pioli a "colossal shitshow" ROFLLMAO:LOL::evil:

Agent V 11-30-2012 11:31 AM

I found it interesting (and maybe it's not interesting at all) that in the intro video at the stadium, where they try to get everyone pumped up, Pioli says, "A place of legends," and he's ON CAMERA when he says it––it's been that way for at least two seasons, I believe.

Last two games? You get Pioli's voice, but he's not on screen. And it's weird because he's only on screen for two seconds, if that, but they still felt the need to cut him out? Like anyone's actually going to notice his face and boo or something? Anyone at the game this coming Sunday, pay attention to that and see if he's on screen during his dialogue or not.

Don't worry I already have your next GM lined up. Another Pats guy.(drumroll) ..... Eric Mangini. While a good schemer week to week, you will get to watch as your roster goes from NFL caliber football players to no talent assclowns who have "good character." So while your team will still lose on the field, you can take solace that at least they are good guys.

Heck you can even keep Hillis, Quinn, and Daboll with him (exciting right). And if that doesn't work we have a Walrus who can run your team. I mean he won't do anything, but he is well-known, and his agent has other clients in need of a job. Thank You again, for subscribing to Fired Browns Organization Personnel Monthly.

I like this too. Honestly, I think silence is respectful, but actively putting a banner out there to show support would be cool. It would basically show that we support them through issues that are greater than football.

Screw the anti-movement. Anyone who thinks this situation has anything to do with SOC is as dense as they come.

We should do it to show we care about life over football, because it's true. It's active support which shows we aren't numb to the situation.

The general public are idiots, and SOC is a public entity so a crisis statement is necessary.
