JMO.

Scuffs add character.

They're not sneakers. I don't mind paying for a good shoe that will last a long time.

They're wimpy...for British army officers!

An international cult classic, the Desert Boot was inspired by the crepe-soled boots worn by British officers in World War II. Soft, supple suede full grain leather uppers and a genuine plantation crepe outsole deliver all-day comfort. Timeless styling has remained unchanged for fifty years.

I used to rock georgia-boots.

What you know about sunglasses SR? I'm not a fan of the big ass things people wear these days, but I want some fashionable sunglasses i can wear every now and then. The bad thing is I don't like the way I look in smaller sunglasses since I still have chubby cheeks. I'm hurting for xmas present ideas so I figured I'd ask for sunglasses. gotta be under $150. Closer to $100 or under the better.

Hammock Parties 11-09-2009 11:13 PM

If you spend $100 on sunglasses make sure you get some that go with your Ed Hardy shirt.

Kyle DeLexus 11-09-2009 11:18 PM

Nah, I rock the wild horse tee thats up in post 83. I just need some sunglasses and it's a xmas present. It's not like I'm going for the $400 pair that I naturally pick up and say these are nice. Most cheap glasses are well cheap and come with problems.

I've never had a problem with $5 pairs of sunglasses.....other than losing them....and then I just go buy another pair.

I've went with all different kinds and never have any luck...they either stop fitting properly after a week or so or something more extreme. The one pair of sunglasses I've had that worked out was a pair of Oakley's my brother let me "have" when I was in high school then he lost his at the lake and took them back. I've just had better experiences with expensive ones.

Half of it is probably a mental thing were I take better care of ones that cost more.

Although the opinions are just that, I've shown you a few of my choices. The non-aviators are dope, those are called Gucci Classic, they're really nice w/ a subtle darker tortouise-shell frame. Under 150.00 though? I'd look on EBAY, these'll retail around 325.00-350.00 USD... :(

... and Kyle D, Gucci put out some of the smoothest frames available, aesthetically, anyway.

Persol is a good make, I think TinyEvel has a pair. I don't belive that i've ever owned a pair. Prada's these days are a bit eccentric oh, and Oakley, yeah, i'm sure they're comfortable, but EVERYONE has them, why be common?
