That is the Chiefs blocking it not KCTV 5. They did not provide streaming rights to the broadcast.

It's similar to Direct Ticket - if the game is shown locally, that's the channel you have to watch it on.

NFLNet carried the broadcast to the Steelers game last week, but it was blocked locally because we (in the CoMo area) have to watch on ABC17
