It will take time but Gruden will get them back on track.

I'd guess a year or two to get back in the groove...

He’s also showing players that he’s much older than them and doesn’t seem concerned with connecting on their level. At least when it comes to technology.

Maybe there is something to be gleaned from watching 40-year-old film, but hopefully for Gruden, he has a bank of modern schemes to lean on as well

Had to check the link to see who this "All Pro" was. :rolleyes: oh that idiot punter. I think they did good moving on from him. If your going to get unsportsmanlike penalties get it for knocking the shit out of someone, not by dancing over a punt.

Besides, why not? There is always something to learn from. And football is cyclical. Hell, the spread formation was around in the 1910s if you read some old newspaper articles.
