I know I would. Heck I'd have seconds. Then polish it off with a tall cool Budweiser.

Hell, I would! And I’d finish it off with a tall, cool Budweiser.

That leaves the Alex Smith money to spend on defense as well as rounds 3-7

And Draft that Texas punter and let Colquitt walk. Another upgrade and cap savings

That would also leave us without a passrush. There is no real OLB that would be an upgrade available to us in FA or the draft.
Ford is injured, Jones is injured, Kpass has not looked ready and Zombo sucks.

If we wanted to go 8-8 avegeraging 34ppg but allowing 32ppg

TambaBerry 02-11-2018 10:18 AM

trade your third best player on defense and your 2nd round pick to move up and draft a qb that you dont need. Meth is a hell of a drug

BlackHelicopters 02-11-2018 10:25 AM

No. Need another pick in return. The Clark’s are stupid enough to approve as is, however.

Prison Bitch 02-11-2018 10:30 AM

Houston is a huge salary so of course

That was basically what happened with Houston this year anyway. Couldn't even stop Marcus Mariota. At home!

Doesn't matter, the Browns would never do that deal anyway. Go propose it on their board

Yes if whoever you grab at #4 you're 100% sure he's locking that position down for the next 8 years. I'd also want a low 4th or 3rd back.

Mahomes gets injured we're drafting top 5 the next year. My scenario gives Mahomes his backup . 6-7 quality OL. 2 pro bowl TE's , enough money for 3 quality players on Defense and and rounds 3-7 available to find one ****ing pass rusher. I'd say thats a pretty damn good idea.

Shaid 02-11-2018 10:35 AM

Yes, it won't happen but yes I would.

What part of the facts that there will not be a OLB available after the 1st is it that you don't understand? What part of the fact that there is not a passrushing OLB in FA that you don't understand?

Sassy Squatch 02-11-2018 10:43 AM

There's 12 million in dead money there, anyway. We'd be seeing 8 million, not 20 million.
