To be fair, he was actually a backup QB. But IIRC, his only real playing time came at the TE position. Could be wrong, but that is what I seem to remember.

Last time I checked......Superbowls are the only things that matter. How many of those do you have again?

In the last 40 years? The same amount as the Chiefs!

I never mentioned the Chiefs douchebag.

Show me where that "almost" column is next to the wins and losses column.

In the last 20 SBs:

14 were won by a 1st round QB
8 of them were still playing for the team that drafted them

9 were lost by a first round QB
8 of them were still playing for the team that drafted them

7 1st round QBs have made it to the SB on a team other than the one that drafted them, all but 1 (Kerry Collins) won. He happened to be playing another 1st round QB on his second team.

In light of this, I am predicting a Super Bowl win for the Broncos.

Dilfer was a 1st rounder. Favre wasn't.

Yes but the Packers acquired him with a 1st round pick. It's basically the same thing.

A year later. It doesn't make him a 1st round pick.

It's the same ****ing ballpark.

So youre going on record that the donkeys finish with a 12-4 regular season record, not 13-3?

Isn't this exactly what you're trying to argue against? The #34 pick is right in the same ballpark as a first round pick, so why not just take a QB there?

I would certainly feel much more comfortable with that, yes.
