Acquiring Tony Romo could be the right move at the right time for Chiefs http://es.pn/2iRXauk

Going after a vet like Romo seems unlikely, but I wouldn't put it past Andy to draft a QB in the first couple rounds. Not holding my breath, of course, since I've paid attention to the Chiefs for the last couple decades. But to say that Reid is to Smith what Pioli is to Cassel doesn't quite ring true. |

There is no upside in bringing in Tony "glass joe" Romo.

Good luck to whichever team is silly enough to do this...

It'd be stupid to trade for Romo.
C'mon now. The Cowboys aren't going to pay a back up QB 22 Million for the season, and most teams aren't going to want to eat the cap hit on a guy that may not even make it out of the preseason healthy, and who, at best, will only give them 1-2 seasons of production. Romo will get cut. Some team will pick him up on a 1-2 year deal or he'll simply retire. Trade? And eat that cap hit? No way. |

I'm hoping for:
2017 - Romo 2018/2019 - Jacoby Brisset 2020 - Johnny Manziel 2021 - Christian Ponder, just because we need a place holder since the 2022 class is very deep. |
Romos bones have the density of celery
He will be too expensive He is too old NO |
