I had something very similar once went to see a urologist and he said I got piss down my sperm hole and it caused an infection,he said was very common and put me on antibiotics.

If you wear boxers, switch to briefs or boxer briefs for a day. Sometimes that'll help. I'd say if it doesn't go away after a day it's worth having checked out.
