Terez just tweeted that Tremon Smith was picked up by the Packers.

There was no chance he was clearing waivers. Chiefs Fan might have hated him, but his speed and versatility made him valuable on that contract.

Still don't get why Ryan Hunter wasn't waived, do we need 10 OL?

Gadget player on offense, cb on defense, special teams returner/gunner. Obviously not great at all/any of them, but certainly useful.

Dude had to sit out a game suspended, isn’t involved in the offense....we know what what DT is.... Tremon was more of a wild card I would liked to have held onto.

Still weird to me that they didn't try to develop him at corner full time.

They tried a bit, he was really really bad at it.

DAT actually contributes albeit slightly on offense and is a very good ST player. While I like Tremon as a returner that is all that he can do.

And now we pull the "tell us what they run on offense" move.

Given the option between the 2, DAT has a roster spot over a scrub like Smith on all 32 teams.
