Might just been my sonic but seems to be popular.

Dairy Queen. Around here they screw up your order about 60% of the time. Order "easy ice" or you'll get a cup full of ice and about 3 ounces of drink as well.

Best advice to give is don't do it. Pick a local place and I bet you will have better food. Last time I ate Sonic was Xmas Eve a few years ago. I shit liquid for the next 24hrs. Had a hotdog, which was a horrible hot dog. Ballpark makes a better Frank. And that ain't saying much.

They used to have a bacon and cheese dog in a pretzel bun. It was overly salty, but damn tasty anyway. Not sure if they still have it or not. Nearest Sonic is like 15 miles from the house so I don't get by there too often.

Their drinks are good across the board. Their food is not.

Fresh is the key. DO NOT order Sonic and take it home. Once the burger starts to cool off and grease starts to congeal, it is absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately, once you've experienced this, even if you eat a fresh one, you're still aware of it. I'll never order another burger from them. If I ate there at this point, I'd probably get a corn dog.

Just don't do it. Sonic sucks. Actually most fast food places suck. There are a few exceptions and a few "sometimes it's good if/if/if" but I've been trying to cut out fast food almost entirely.

Sonic is an "acquired" taste. Personally, I'm rather fond of the number 2 burger - but be aware!!! There is a reason it is called the number 2 burger...


But after 5 or 6 visits - your system is used to them. Paired with onion rings, it is a hard combo to beat!

Oh man, I drove by Taco Bell and some of the smell wafted into my window. Shit out my small intestine!!

Had a couple of fries from McDonalds and I ended up dying from dehydration. Filled my whole bathtub with diarrhea!!!!

Get a Cherry or Strawberry Limeade and some cheese tots. The burgers are all fine for fast food. The lettuce and onion is a little different than most places, but just get whatever kind of burger you like. Chicken strip sandwich for a dollar something is good. The onion rings are coated in a sweet batter so beware if you're not into that sorta thing.

I don't share the same love for the coney that others do, but I'm good for one every tenth time I stop by there.

I'll echo the kudos for the cheddar bites and cherry limeade. Everything else seems to be hit and miss between places or even at the same place at different days of the week. Just remember it is a fast food place, not fine dining.

I love their tots if they are fresh. Breakfast burritos are good too, but the eggs tear me up something fierce.
