I wonder can Bran control what he sees? For instance, could he have looked at the future to warn Jon about the NK trap or does he just see random stuff?

dunno... but I can think of not one stronger candidate where their journey has been so very long and pointless. Bran needs to have one hell of a moment coming up, as from his very survival of that fall in S1 to now.. he has been utterly useless.

If they could have kept a better pace, there still could have been lots more interesting content to add in. I don't ****ing need to watch 15 minutes of Sam cleaning out chamber-pots, or Littlefinger coaching whores on how to **** customers... though at least that latter one had SOME interest.

Up to track 16 has already been on the show. 15 is the beginning of the lake battle up to Viserion getting speared, and 16 is the boat conversation.
