He threw the ball away on 4th down again.

He keeps this shit up, he won't be a Raider very long. That makes me worried.

I'm slightly worried about that. I am comforted by the fact that Gruden's only handpicked guy was Chris Simms. And Gruden almost killed him - as in his life almost ended, but definitely killed his career.

I cant see Gruden sticking with him much longer but finding a true franchise QB is easier said than done.

If he moves on from Carr and ends up with a worse QB, he’s probably done.

QB purgatory is the worst place to be. You either need to know that you have an elite QB or know that you need one. Being stuck in that middle ground ****ing sucks.

You can waste a lot of time, money, and picks attempting to build around a QB who is just okay.
