Minsky’s OK Joe’s Pizza
 

Surprised a thread hasn’t been started about this!

Finally had a chance to get into Minsky’s and try the Joe’s pizza and god damn it was good! For any locals that haven’t had a chance to try it, do it before it goes away.

I had it tonight. I thought it was excellent.

Please describe

what kind of crust did it have

what was the sauce

was it a lot of bbq meat

any other details about the overall experience

I really like combining BBQ with a particular pizza

I start with this

I cook for 10 minutes

then I top that pizza with pulled pork (doesn't take much) that has been slathered with

and that goes back in the oven for another minute or 2.

Bout to go pick one up. Worth the $20 bucks?

You won’t regret it. I don’t want to oversell it where it can’t meet expectations, but my wife and I and our 2 friends thought it was great.

Dough's a bit soft but excellent. Went down real easy.
