I like it being a difference situation. Maybe a percentage rather than a hard number.

Also the incremental move of greying it out is good. There should be very few actual collapsed posts IMO.

I think the idea here is to err on the side of caution. Genuine boring shit posts most likely won't have a problem meeting the goals. And they can alter the goals if necessary anyway.
