Yeah, for sure. Got a raw deal from the Chargers, went on to be a champion and set all time records for quarterbacks, all doing it with class.

I actually thought he retired a couple of years ago..

Vermeil chose Trent Green over Brees in 2001. Brees was going to be their first round pick.

I like what the saints did giving taysom hill a huge money deal but voidable. Gives the saints a chance to see if they can truly build around him and cut bait if it doesn't work.

I don't think you can build around him so I'm guessing new orleans will be aggressive at qb in the draft.

Brees was a great QB and good for the league. It’s wild to see how his career unfolded and he became elite.
