Bell done as a Steeler at end of season

Long ass article

Spoiler!

Steelers are right to not pay him. Bell is right to demand an exorbitant contract.

He turned down what is likely going to be his biggest long term payday offer.

Why is it that I personally dislike pretty much every player on the Steelers roster?

Otter 07-16-2018 02:19 PM

Because he's on a team of head hunters favored by NFL refs?

MarkDavis'Haircut 07-16-2018 02:30 PM

Like the NFL is going to let the Rooneys lose their favorite toy.

Try living in Steelers country. Their fans are insufferable, entitled jerks.

He'd better find another offensive line that will be allowed to hold.

Yep. He might end up making more money than what he turned down in a series of 1 or 2 year deals, but ain't nobody signing up for a giant pile of long-term money.

But does he want the money bad enough to shorten his career by getting beat up in Buffalo or Cleveland?

I'd take more years at less money to remain a Steeler...

If Elway is crazy and/or dumb enough to offer Keenum $18 million, I imagine he's also crazy and/or dumb enough to give Bell that kind of money after he gets sick enough of his team's utter inability to run the ball.

That would be hilarious.

Denver or Las Vegas

He turned down like AP money last year. His price is rediculous and only a stupid team would pay that for an RB. They are not worth over 10 per year. Last I checked the the two top dogs in stats last were both rookies. Hunt and Alvin.

Would love that. He is going to mess up any team's cap. They will be stuck in minnesota AP era purgatory at their peak.
