I'm not saying this isn't a legitimate complaint, and it wouldn't be shocking at all if a bunch of football players become uncivilized in a group, but I do worry about weaponizing this phenomenon.

This stuff is getting so out of hand. I'm sure some of them are actually harassed and victimized, but the problem nowadays is everyone is guilty until proven innocent, and not innocent until proven guilty.

Don't get all of the assumptions that it's bullshit. Seems to me that with the majority of these accusations, we end up hearing an apology or acknowledgment of some kind. She's even claiming she was sent nude pics from one, which would seem to be easily verifiable.

It might very well be true, but I just get kinda annoyed and pissed off with the fact that they wait until now to say something. Now that they know there will be serious attention paid, and money to be made, everyone wants to come out with their story.

My view is, if it wasn't bad enough to get you to complain in the first place, shut the **** up. For all we know, the woman didn't mind it at the time but decided to make it seem that way now due to all of the press she knows it would receive.

I understand withholding judgment until more information is in and not assuming that these guys are automatically guilty. At the same time, don't assume that the accuser is lying simply because more of this is becoming known. Generally, these dams break, they don't leak. Look at what happened with the Catholic Church. The volume of accusations was phenomenal, but they were also true. Just because they exploded in quick fashion doesn't make it false and/or a money grab.

This is what happens with these cases. She liked the attention at the time, but now that she's gone, oh my I can take down these former NFL players.

That's what this one smells like. I don't think all of these cases are like that, especially the Weinstein/Hollywood stuff. But this story smells a lot like a form of bitter revenge.

If you're referring to the story about my Gma, yes. And it was insane to have to go to the house after everything happened and still see blood stains and that smell everywhere. The authorities left it to my family to clean up the mess in that house. It was disgusting. It's more of my grandfather that I felt horrible for. He's a great man and never deserved to have to go through that.

The entire scene at the house was disturbing. You could see where she was killed in the kitchen as well as where he liked to hang out and smoke and drink his beers he left behind after he'd broken in and stayed for 3 days.
