I was at a local grocery store here in South Florida (Publix) and the cashier said she liked my Chiefs shirt and said her father used to play for the Chiefs.

I was too dumbstruck by the coincidence of the situation to ask who her father was.

Yeah, I'm sure. I refuse to fly this time of year. Drove 700 miles to Syracuse for Christmas rather than risk another sitting on the tarmac for four hours nightmare like the last time I flew there in the winter. And I'll certainly drive the 500 miles to Kansas City next weekend if there is a game being played.

I'm coming from Syracuse. I've had some bad experiences especially flying through o'hare but we went through Reagan this time. So far no delays
