Even folks on this board, including this thread, think the Pats will get spanked.

So yes there are a lot of folks who think the Pats are not that good. Perhaps we are not, time will tell.

But this does not stop players from stating what a good bunch of folks have said on the tube and the internet regarding the Pats.

So i got no problem with Brady making that comment.

This weekend should be a fun game to watch.

level headed post.

That being said, last time I stood in Arrowhead and screamed at Tommy Brady, he got benched in an absolute destruction of Bellichek by Reid.

Based of my own anecdotal evidence, and my belief that I can scream right in Tom Bradys ear from a hundred feet away, I believe we spank that ass.

This is destiny.

Do you have a problem with Brady slipping his son the tongue?

You’re right - I’m on drugs. Confused it with the Thanksgiving game that Chase Daniel started.

Yah thanks . . .

Not sure what to think next weekend . . . a few thoughts though . . .

In the past 4/5 years the Chiefs have beaten us and done so without Mahomes.

We have had trouble playing on the road largely due to crowd noise. We did loose in Denver in 2013 and 2015, but to be honest we were injured both of those years, more so in 2013 as we were the second most team with starter games missed, also had 3th/4th stringers starting at WR. In 2015 our kicker missed an extra point and things might of been different had he not as we could not tie the game with a 2 pt conversion at the end (would only needed an extra point to tie had he not missed one in the 1st qtr). I am not making the injury excuse per se, but just a caveat.

The good news is that we are mostly healthy, so that is a good sign.

You guys have Mahomes and he, and the chiefs, played solid yesterday, and picked up were they left off in the regular season, so no drop off, so that is a great sign for you guys.

I am quietly confident that we can do well in Arrowhead. The key is that we are healthy and have been playing solid the last three games.

We are going to have to overcome your crowd and can do that hopefully if we can get a lead.

However, even if we overcome crowd we will still have to then deal with Mahomes and company.

Should be a good game.

To be honest did not watch all of Tom versus Time.

Brady is a person that wears his heart on his sleeve and is open about a lot of things, even making fun of himself a great deal in his posts.

With that being said, he is open and not worried about what folks think

But for me i was not a fan of his kissing of his son, but that is his business.

I'm glad our 23 yr. old QB doesn't act so childish.

This is a reasonable post except for the comment about having HFA if only the Dolphins didn’t have that miracle play. We can talk about similar sorts of plays and scenarios that were the difference between our wins and losses this year. That’s just a cop out. How about your playing the Bears and barely winning - after a Hail Mary stopped at the one - despite Khalil Mack and Trubisky being out? This is just football and you know that.

I think if we play 100x at Arrowhead, we win something like 70% of the time. We’ll see how next weekend goes.

I hear yah, and thanks for your feedback.

Yes, there are key plays and there are keys plays, and bounces are bounces, as a missed tackle is a missed tackle.

But I think to be honest my point is directed to one of likelihood and percentages. That play by the Phins was the longest play to win a game since the Merger in 1970, some 48 years of football. So it is a very low percentage, as opposed to not stopping an opponent on a 4&2 and they go on the win.

Anyhoot, my point was not one of complaining but to recognize that we were close to the #1. And also close to the #3 seed had Chicago converted that hail mary you mentioned. So things can even out in the end as you mentioned.

I like our chances better in Arrowhead after our game today. And agree that the needle points in favor of the Chiefs in this game if we played it 10 times, that the chiefs will win more than 5 of the games and maybe closer to 7 of them.

The only thing that I am hoping for is that the Pats come out hungry (maybe even trying to harbor some revenge for the 2014 spanking we got), and if we can play clean, we got a shot.

If the 2014 team shows up (or the one that got embarrassed a few times this year on the road) this game could be over at halftime.

Good takes unlike some of your fellow posters. My biggest worry is your pass catching RBs and the ability to get off the field on 3rd downs. The Pats will play call to get into 3rd and short, eating up the clock, trying to negate the rush while having may play options open. It will be interesting to see what the Chiefs D does.

GloryDayz 01-13-2019 08:11 PM

If they can pick a play early in the 1st to lay-out their runt WR and Brady on the same play, that would be awesome...

Go french kiss your son Tom and then shut the **** up.

Pablo 01-13-2019 08:21 PM

Can you imagine what his son had to do to daddy's boo boo? Kisses started at the knee..

Frazod 01-13-2019 08:21 PM

Yeah, he really came off as a petulant child in that interview.

As someone else said, outside of the scum of Boston and their legions of $tealer-ish bandwagon fans, the entire world will be rooting for us to put those ****s of everyone's misery.
