Tiger King(Netflix)
This is some of the weirdest, most entertaining shit I’ve ever watched. Check it out.

yep; we watched it this weekend; just out of sheer boredome/ curiosity. Stumbled upon it. holy crap, it was entertaining. Like, literally, ever single person in that docuseries was an absolute weirdo. probably the only normal one was the guy that had 2 amputated legs.
|
I like how to Animal Rescue woman probably killing her husband and feeding him to tigers is on lower end of the weird things about these people.
|
|
Toothless guy in the Clutch shirt needs his own spinoff.

exactly. |
Yeah, I watched this over the weekend. Probably never noticed it if it hadn't been locked in all week. It was entertaining. A little Jerry Springerish. I got problems but these people are whack kind of thing.
|
Crazy story. Twists and turns and all sorts of batshit craziness. Loved it.

I’m only 2 episodes in. So far, the most sane person by far is the former convict drug kingpin from Miami. Also, love how Joe Exotic throws on the paramedic jacket when his employee has her arm bitten off. Lol.
|
I’m halfway through episode 4. Netflix true crime series alone are worth the subscription. Crazy characters indeed. I kind of envy the guy who has a harem of young women to help take care of his tigers as well as his **** parts. I’m sure it’s a great life if you can pull it off.

also, let's not forget the country music and music videos created by Joe Exotic.

and the heartfelt Eulogy from Joe, about his deceased Husband Travis; where Joe talks about how Travis liked to prank people and drag his balls across their faces (Something to that effect)
LMAO so damn weird. |
Yeah.... WTF? How does it keep reaching new levels of weird? At several points I had so stop and question whether this was actually a fake drama instead, and this shit was just being made up. Almost everybody has meth mouth. Tiger harems? JFC! It just amazes me sometimes how people this ****ing crazy can stumble into being millionaires...

So many deranged people on that show. Drugs obviously ate up the majority of those people, but the entire time I just kept thinking Carole might be the worst one of the entire lot. |
I laughed my ass off when they tried to say his husbands weren’t actually gay...
Uhhhhh they were definitely gay (nttatwwt) you don’t take pictures looking at someone like they looked at him if they weren’t gay. |
If you guys want another good one watch Frank and Cindy the documentary not the movie.
I’ve never seen the movie but I can’t see how it could be better than the real thing |

Straight. Do you watch porn? Yes. Do you like seeing the guys with the big ones **** the women or guys with little ones **** the women. The big ones. You ain't that straight. |
Morale of this story is that if you're into big cats, odds are you are a psychopath on some level.
Minus the drug kingpin, he seemed fairly normal. |
|
I had been out doing yard work and the Wife says, "You got to come in and watch this, it's surreal as hell".
So, I sat down and began watching. About 15 minutes into the first episode, I hit pause, looked at my Wife and said "Darlin' this shit passed surreal about 10 minutes ago". Episode 4 right now and, without doubt, one of, if not the, strangest damn shows I believe I have ever seen....... Holy Shit |
That lady that killed her husband is the biggest psycho of them all.
|
Just finished it. It's entertaining, but it's depressing how crooked and ****ed up everybody in that show is. Seriously, not a single character worth rooting for.

The Netflix docu-series Tiger King had hooked couch-locked viewers across the world.
And it looks like the scripted version of the film is already in the works and set to feature some star talent. SNL comic Kate McKinnon has been cast as Carole Baskin, the CEO of Big Cat Rescue and a prominent player in the stranger-than-fiction true crime tale, according to TV Line. |
I stayed up until 1am and finished this. Got up this morning and was curious about his actual show....looked it up on YouTube and it's as much as a train wreck if anyone wants some more WTF TV

I lasted about 20 minutes before turning this crap off.
I know people like this exist in the world, but I'm happier not knowing about it. |

comes out and says shit like that directly in front of customers....who were probably already a bit concerned themselves about getting that close to a tiger to begin with LMAO |

The SNL chick is already slated to play Carole, and Dax would probably do a good job as Joe. the only ones we could come up with that we really liked were; Doc Antle - Will Ferrell (his character from Eastbound and Down) Eric Cowie - the guy that played Otis B. Driftwood Tim Stark - Woody Harrelson Gladys Lewis - Lily Tomlin |

I'm disappointed I can't watch this (I don't have Netflix). Love tigers. And I'm familiar with Antle because his organization has been bringing big cats to the Massachusetts renaissance faire for decades (it's pretty cool, for some reason they're allowed to do it on a wooden stage with no railing, and people viewing from wooden benches, and there's just some scantily-clad chick with a tiger on a chain, like if this ****er decided he wanted to eat the audience they could really stop him). He used to bring Hercules the liger, which is/was in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's largest cat.

I have a cousin in Georgia who breeds and sells snakes as a hobby and goes to all the reptile shows around the country. He and his wife recently bought a house out in the country and has a little shed on his property where he keeps all the snakes. He tells me all about the sketchy people he has to deal with in that line of business. People involved in the exotic animal business are weird.

I haven't watched this, so I have no frame of reference, but David Spade has been sufficiently fascinated while in quarantine to setup a fair amount of livestreams with people from the show.
Check his Lights Out channel on youtube, particularly for the past week or so. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMi...7ftlu_w/videos |
