Cris Carter rift with Fox
Gotta ponder the spin of 'pending investigation.' Makes it sound like he's facing some harassment claims or some other form of inappropriate workplace conduct. Looking more like he's chafing under the network pushing pretty-boys to the primetime broadcasts over him, which, lets be honest. He's not as pretty as Gonzo or Gronk, but he's more knowledgable and polished.

He was pretty bad on that show. He interrupted all the time and was always bringing up “back when I was playing” and always just saying things without really saying anything like he’s giving answers at a press conference.

Maybe you think sexual harassment is the ONLY thing you can get fired for, but there's quite a few things you can say to a boss in an emotionally heated exchange that will get the same result. People get fired for a lot of reasons that don't involve sexual assault. I'd dare say MOST people are fired for reasons aside from that.
