I think BB builds a wall around him so he can do his job effectively as possible. He's not a fan of making emotional decisions. He's probably fine off the field but who knows how these guys are behind closed doors.

He needs to be coached to quit saying "Yeah" at the beginning of his answers all the time. It's like saying You know.

In my very short stay on local radio (I was a co-host on the Omaha Beef Coaches Show for one season) I would listen to the pod casts later and found that I would say "I was going to say" so often it was embarrassingly nauseating. And even though I was aware of it, I would still do it. Turns out, live radio or press conferences is not as easy as it sounds.
